| 1. | Whilst there is no objection to the proposed works, and prior approval would not be required, separate Listed Building Consent is required for the works to the Grade I listed building. This letter of no objection does not prejudice the requirement for first obtaining Listed Building Consent for the works to the external and internal fabric of the Listed Building. |
