1.	Condition 12 requires demonstration that the dwellings will be designed and built to achieve a water consumption rate of no more than 110 litres/person/day. The following documents have been submitted with the application, received on the 2nd July 2025: - Water Calculations Plot 1 (same house type for Plot 2) - Water Calculations Plot 3 The submitted information is acceptable and is hereby approved and is considered sufficient to partially discharge condition 12. The condition cannot be discharged in FULL as it requires the fittings to be installed as per the approved details and maintained at the approved rate for the lifetime of the development.
