1.	Condition 11 requires details of the off-site highway improvement works. The following plan was submitted with the application, received on the 2nd July 2025: - Drainage and Access Plan; dwg. ref. 1982- 3 Rev B The submitted details are acceptable, and further confirmation has been received that the legal agreement process and payment of the appropriate funds have progressed. As such, the condition can be discharged in FULL. Condition 17 of the Full Permission requires compliance with the details approved as part of Condition 11 prior to the first occupation of the development.
