1.	Condition 5 requires a scheme detailing provision for on-site parking for construction workers for the duration of the construction period. The following documents have been submitted with the application, received on the 2nd July 2025: - Construction Management Strategy On-site Parking, Document Ref. 1982-CMS 01-KGG dated June 2025 - Contractors Parking, Loading/ Unloading areas plan, Drawing ref. 1982-17 Rev A The submitted information is acceptable and is hereby approved and is considered sufficient to partially discharge condition 5. The condition cannot be discharged in FULL as it requires the parking to be carried out in accordance with the details hereby approved for the duration of the construction period.
