1.	Condition 4 requires the submission of a site survey, including full details of all existing site levels, and proposed finished floor levels. The following plans have been submitted with the application, received on the 2nd July 2025: - Existing Topographical Survey, Drawing Ref. 1982-13 Rev A - Existing Topographical Survey (with Proposed levels), Drawing Ref. 1982-14 Rev A The details provided are acceptable and are hereby approved and sufficient information has been submitted to partially discharge condition 4. The condition cannot be discharged in FULL as it requires the development to be built in accordance with the levels hereby approved.
