1.	The inconsistencies between the submitted application and the confirmed TPO means that the proposal is insufficiently clear. The submitted information fails to precisely identify the tree/trees which would have works done to it. The Local Planning Authority therefore cannot approve the application as it is insufficiently precise and does not clearly identify the tree, or trees, to which the works are proposed. Therefore, the application fails to comply with Core Strategy (2015) Policies CS9 and CS11 and Local Plan Part 2 (2021) Policy A1 and E4. Therefore, the proposed works are REFUSED.
