1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

3.The ceiling-mounted heating panels hereby approved shall be white in colour. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of good design and ensuring that there is no impact on the character of the heritage asset, as in accordance with Policies CS09 and CS10 of the Core Strategy and Policy E5 of the Local Plan Part 2.
4.All ducting for the ceiling-mounted heating panels hereby approved shall be coloured white and installed flat on the mounting surface. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of good design and ensuring that there is no impact on the character of the heritage asset, as in accordance with Policies CS09 and CS10 of the Core Strategy and Policy E5 of the Local Plan Part 2.
5.NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The permission hereby granted relates solely to Listed Building Consent and some of the development proposed will need to be the subject of a separate application for Full planning consent and these works are proposed as part of Full application ref. 06/25/0492/F
