| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is:-

| 3. | The ceiling-mounted heating panels hereby approved shall be white in colour.
The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of good design and ensuring that there is no impact on the character of the heritage asset, as in accordance with Policies CS09 and CS10 of the Core Strategy and Policy E5 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
| 4. | All ducting for the ceiling-mounted heating panels hereby approved shall be coloured white and installed flat on the mounting surface.
The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of good design and ensuring that there is no impact on the character of the heritage asset, as in accordance with Policies CS09 and CS10 of the Core Strategy and Policy E5 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
