No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 8th August 2025: - Location Plan, scale 1:1250 - PVC-u Window Specification - Asset Fineline Window Quotation - Eurocell Scaled Image Windows 1 and the following plans received on the 11th November 2025: - East Elevation (replacement windows indicated) - North Elevation (replacement windows indicated) The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The permission hereby granted relates solely to Full planning only and the development proposed will need to be the subject of a separate application for listed building consent and these works are proposed as part of a related listed building application ref. 06/25/0493/LB.
