The following information has been submitted: - EV Charging Location Plan - undated - Submitted February 2026 - EV charger Information Document: Submitted February 2026 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the written submission requirements of Condition 5 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART. The development must now be undertaken in accordance with the approved details, the EV chargers must be provided prior to first use, and must be retained as such thereafter.
