1.	Condition 11 of 06/22/0827/D required details of secure and covered cycle storage to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The following information was submitted: Planning Layout Cycle Storage BP6-PL01 Drawing Number: PER-SHED-02 - Shed Details - Dated September 2025 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 11 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART. The development shall be undertaken in strict accordance with the approved details which shall be provided prior to occupation of each dwelling and shall be retained as such thereafter.
