1.The development shall be retained in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 4th July 2025: - Site Location Plan, scale 1:1250 - Site Plan identifying caravan unit, scale 1:500 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
2.The occupation of the caravan shall be limited to the owners or manager/employee of the Elm Beach Caravan Park or a dependant of such a person residing with him or her. The reason for the condition is :- The site lies within a designated holiday accommodation area in which the Local Planning Authority would not normally permit residential development and permission has only been granted in this instance having regard to the particular need for a staff accommodation on this site, in accordance with policies CS8 of the Core strategy and L1 of Local Plan Part 2.
3.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that order) no extensions to the caravan shall be made unless an appropriate planning application is first submitted to and approved by the local planning authority. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over any future development of the site in the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of adjoining residential properties.
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. It is hereby acknowledged that the application has been accompanied by the appropriate and necessary financial contributions for off-site public open space provision and enhancement amounting to £1,355.80 (received 19/09/2025).
