Condition 10 of pp 06/24/0552/F specified no use of the Vacuum Insulated Evaporator permitted shall take place until such time that details of no fewer than 2no. bird boxes (including their type and positioning) have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The following information was submitted: Proposed General Arrangement Planning Conditions: Bird Boxes - Dated 19/5/25 - Drawing Number: 23167-LSI-AAA-00-DR-A-1306 - Revision P01 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 10 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART. The boxes must be installed in accordance with the approved plans and remain within position in perpetuity.
