1.Condition 4 of pp 06/25/0552/F required a Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan (HMMP) to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority to ensure that there is a minimum 10% net gain in biodiversity within a 30 year period as a result of the development. The following information was submitted: Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan - Version 1.0 - Prepared by Wild Frontier Ecology - Dated April 2025 Biodiversity Gain Plan- - Version 1.0 - Prepared by Wild Frontier Ecology - Dated April 2025 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 4 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART. The application is discharged in part as the methods of planting and upkeep of the landscaping scheme have to be implemented and maintained in accordance with the approved documents, and subsequent monitoring reports have to be completed within the approved timescales for biodiversity net gain implementations.
