| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 28th January 1983 as part of planning application 06/83/0092/SU: - Site Location Plan (unreferenced) - Flood lighting pole plan (unreferenced) - Proposed multi-sports area; drawing reference: BE/355/2 - Proposed Floodlighting Layout; drawing reference: NE/353/2 And the development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans and documents: - Abacus LED Floodlight Proposal - Abacus Challenger 1 LED AL6100-AL6300 specification sheet. - Photograph of typical lighting column The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 2. | The floodlights hereby approved shall not be used after the hour of 10.30pm on any one evening. The reason for the condition is; - In the interest of mitigating the impacts of the floodlighting on neighbouring amenity; in accordance with Core Strategy (2015) Policy CS9 and Local Plan Part 2 (2021) Policy A1. |
