| 1. | Time Limit: The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | Approved Plans: The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 5th November 2025: - Combined Plans - Proposed Block Plan; ref. MPD-A-002 and Proposed Elevations; ref. MPD-A-003 and the following plan received on the 7th August 2025: - Location Plan, scale 1:1250 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 3. | Fence Colour Treatment (required during construction): Prior to the treatment or painting of the fencing hereby permitted, the exact colour shall first be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out using the agreed colour which shall be retained as such thereafter. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of protecting the visual amenities of the area, as required by policies CS9 of the Core Strategy as precise details of the colour have not been submitted. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
