The following details were submitted: FLOOD WARNING AND EVACUATION PLAN - Reference: 3385/RE/02-24/02 - Prepared by EVANS - Dated May 2025 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 4 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in FULL. This flood response plan, including information regarding the availability of the Environment Agency's Flood Warnings Service, shall be made available to future occupiers of the site prior to the first occupation of the flats and made available to residents at all times thereafter.
