1.	Condition 9 requires demonstration of how the dwelling will be designed and built to achieve a water consumption rate of no more than 110 litres/person/day has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The following documents have been submitted with the application, received on the 12th August 2025: - Water efficiency calculator; by Unified Water Label based on installation type The submitted details indicate that the dwellings will include installations that achieve a per person water consumption of less than 110 litres per day, these are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the condition requires that the water conservation measures are carried out in accordance with the approved details and maintained thereafter.
