| 1. | Condition 5 requires details of a flood response plan to be submitted and approved and made available to all future occupiers. The following documents have been submitted with the application, received on the 12th August 2025: - Personal Flood Response Plan - Condition Assessment Notes insofar as it relates to condition 5. The information submitted is acceptable and hereby approved and is sufficient to partially discharge condition 5 of pp. 06/24/0092/F, and the flood Response Plan shall be made available to all future occupiers. |
