1.	Condition 4 requires details of the flood resilience measures to be incorporated into the development. The following documents have been submitted with the application, received on the 12th August 2025: - Section AA with flood resilient measures indicated; ref. 24-2714-13A - Detail Ground floor plan areas of green plasterboard added; ref. 24-2714-10B - Flood resilient measures for walls; ref. 24-2714-14 - Condition Assessment Notes insofar as it relates to condition 4 The information submitted is acceptable and hereby approved and considered sufficient to partially discharge condition 4 of pp. 06/24/0092/F, and the proposal should be carried out in accordance with the approved details prior to first occupation and retained as such thereafter.
