The following details were submitted: Drawing No. 221119 C-1010 - Revision P01 - Section 38 Agreement Plan - Dated Jan 2025 - Prepared by Rossi Long Consulting Section 278 Agreement - Signed 14th April 2025 - Crocus homes & Saffron Housing Trust / Norfolk County Council The proposed foul water drainage plans submitted under this application are considered acceptable and are hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in PART as the works must be completed in accordance with the approved plans.
