The following information was submitted: Archaeological Trial Trenching - report No. Y644/23 - Dated May 2023 LAND OFF DAMGATE LANE MARTHAM NORFOLK - Project Reference: 1161/02 - Dated August 2024 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 7 Part A have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART. Part B is a compliance condition and will be met on completion of the scheme in Part A. Full discharge of part C will require a post investigation survey to be completed and submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
