The following details were submitted: PROPOSED SITE LAYOUT PHASING LAYOUT - Drawing No. PH01 - prepared by DCP Architecture ltd dated March 2025 The proposed phasing plan as submitted under this application is considered acceptable and are hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in PART as the works must be completed in accordance with the phasing plan phases.
