| 1. | This permission expires on 25th July 2027. The use of the site for the siting of a mobile takeaway unit shall cease, and the mobile take-away food trailer shall be removed from the site within 14 days of the planning permission expiring.
The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site. To limit the period of time that the low level of less than substantial harm to the Conservation Area is experienced for and to allow a further evaluation of any harms to the character and appearance of the Conservation Area given the potential for the trailer unit to deteriorate; in accordance with Core Strategy (2015) Policy CS10 and Local Plan Part 2 (2021) Policy E5. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans/details received by the Local Planning Authority on the 2nd May 2025:
- Location Plan (unreferenced)
- Site Plan showing four possible locations for siting of the trailer (unreferenced)
- Photograph of Air-Stream Trailer.
The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 3. | Only one mobile take-away food trailer shall be located within the application site and this shall only be located in one of the four locations as indicated on the approved drawing - Site Plan showing four possible locations for siting of the trailer (unreferenced).
The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and as additional units could lead to an increased impact on the historic environment, amenity and character of the area which have not been assessed as part of this planning application. |
| 4. | Prior to first being brought onto the site the mobile take-away shall be signed-up to the Environment Agency's Flood Warnings Direct Service and in the event of any Environment Agency Flood Warning being issued the mobile takeaway unit shall be removed from the site and shall only be returned when the Environment Agency Flood Warning has been lifted.
The reason for the condition is :- As the mobile takeaway unit would not be secured to the ground and would therefore be a hazard during the course of a flood event; in accordance with Core Strategy (2015) Policy CS13. |
