1.	Condition 12 of pp 06/19/0676/O requires details and locations of fire hydrants to be installed within the development area (Phase 1) to be approved by the local Fire Service and Local Authority. The following details were submitted: Drawing No. WN0024706-1_1_of_1_0_appendix Revision 3.0 - Details of Fire Hydrants - Prepared by GTC & Independent Water Networks The submitted materials details are acceptable and herby approved and condition 12 can be discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the development must be built in accordance with the approved plans as well as the developer incurring the full cost of the hydrants and their installation by the water company.
