1.	Condition 8 of pp 06/24/0257/F required submission of a biodiversity method statement, ensuring a 10% minimum net gain of biodiversity within a 30 year period. The following information was submitted: Northgate Hospital Biodiversity Method Statement - Prepared by Wild Frontier Ecology - Dated April 2025 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 8 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART. The condition has been discharged in part as the biodiversity net gain methods have to be implemented and maintained in accordance with the approved documents, and monitoring reports have to be subsequently completed within the approved timescales.
