| 1. | Condition 7 of pp 06/24/0257/F, part A required the development to be carried out in accordance with the submitted Biodiversity Net Gain measures within the Landscaping Plan ref. 06137.00-0303 P03, Biodiversity Net Gain Preliminary Design Stage Report (March 2024) and Ecological Assessment (June 2024), and for these details to be sufficient to ensure that there is a minimum 10% net gain in biodiversity provided within the development for a minimum 30 year period.
Part B required details of a soft Landscaping scheme

Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 7 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART for both part A and B. Discharge in part is only possible as the methods of planting and upkeep of the landscaping scheme have to be implemented and maintained in accordance with the approved documents, and monitoring reports have to be completed within the approved timescales for biodiversity net gain implementations. |
