| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

| 3. | Any repointing/flaunching/mortar fills that will be required shall be carried out in a suitable lime mortar that matches texture, colour and aggregate of the existing lime mortar in that section.
The reason for the condition is :- In order to protect the historic features in accordance with Local Plan policies CS10 and E5. |
