No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans and documents received by the Local Planning Authority on the 9th April 2025: - Location Plan Drawing No. CEC-1819201-01 Rev 00 - Block Plan Drawing No. CBC-1828190-02 Rev 00 - Basement & Ground Floor Plans Drawing No. CBC-1819201-03 Rev 00 - First & Second Floor Plans Drawing No. CBC-1819201-04 Rev 00 - Roof Plan Drawing No. CBC-1819201-05 Rev 00 - Roof Details Drawing No. CBC-1819-201-06 Rev 00 - Section 5.0 "Outline Schedule of Works"; of the Design and Access Statement prepared by Crawford Building Consultancy - Paragraphs 4.1 to 4.4 of Structural Engineer's Report, prepared by Gateley Smithers Purslow ref 242490/CTGale/rw, dated 11 October 2024 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.Any repointing/flaunching/mortar fills that will be required shall be carried out in a suitable lime mortar that matches texture, colour and aggregate of the existing lime mortar in that section. The reason for the condition is :- In order to protect the historic features in accordance with Local Plan policies CS10 and E5.
