No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 12th June 2025: - Location Plan and Site Plan; ref. 428-01-A001-5 (Rev 5) - Proposed Elevations and Floor Plans; ref. 428-01-A003-4 (Rev 4) - Proposed Site Plan; 428-01-A005-4 (Rev 4) and the following plan received on the 17th April 2025: - Proposed Side Elevations; ref. 428-01-A007-1 (Rev 1) The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.The materials to be used in the external walls and roof of the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
