| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.

| 3. | The materials to be used for the brickwork on the existing external wall shall match those of the existing wall in brick colour, lime mortar and Flemish brick bond.
The reason for the condition is :
To enable to local planning authority to control the colour, type and texture of the mortar used to ensure the satisfactory appearance of the development, as required by policies CS09, CS10 of the Core Strategy and E5 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
