Condition 23 requires that a detailed scheme for provision and location of fire hydrants is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the approved scheme is installed and completed prior to the first occupation of the dwellings. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Water Design (site plan); drawing number: A058-W-01 Rev D The submitted information is considered acceptable and hereby approved and Condition 23 is hereby discharged in PART.
