The following information was submitted: Combined Minerals Safeguarding Assessment and Materials Management Plan - Minerals - reference GN26990_MMP-M - Prepared by Harrison Geotechnical Dated December 2024 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 18 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART. Full discharge is to become possible once construction is completed, and the reporting of reuse and extraction quantities have been completed and submitted.
