1.	Condition 10 requires details of a planting scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by the following relevant supporting documents: - Planting Plan; drawing reference: NR/SP Rev 02A - Supporting Statement (received by the Local Planning Authority on the 24/07/2025), insofar as it relates to condition 10 and planting specification The information provided is considered acceptable and hereby approved and the condition is hereby discharged in PART. The condition cannot be discharged in FULL as the planting must take place within the first planting season following first use of the cattery. NOTE The applicant is reminded of the requirements of condition 7 of planning permission 06/24/0136/F and the need to provide a 2.0 metre wide parallel visibility splay across the site frontage and for this to be maintained at all times free from any obstruction (including vegetation) exceeding 1.0 metre above the level of the adjacent highway carriageway. Therefore there will be a requirement to manage the height of the rosemary planting within this splay to ensure that this does not grow above 1m in height.
