1.	Condition 3 requires that details of the new fence to be installed along the southern boundary are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to first use of the cattery. The application is supported by the following relevant supporting documents: - Fencing Plan; drawing reference: NR/SP Rev 02A. The submitted information is considered acceptable and hereby approved and the condition is hereby discharged in PART. The condition cannot be discharged in FULL as it requires the fence to be erected in accordance with the approved details and retained as such for the lifetime of the development.
