Condition 6 of pp 06/22/0827/D required a scheme to ensure suitable noise mitigation measures are to be installed or provided for protection of dwellings from road and traffic noise to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The following details were submitted: Bradwell phase 6 Noise Break In Assessment - Drawing No. 00822-SRL-RP-YA-01-P- Dated June 2024 - Prepared by SRL Technical Services LTD Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 6 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained as such thereafter.
