| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 14 March 2025: -Unreferenced Plan, entitled 20, Mill Lane, Bradwell, Great Yarmouth, NR31 8HL (Submitted as Site Location Plan), dated 7 February 2025 And in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 9 May 2025: -Plan no. 980-2/3 A, entitled Dormer Roof Conversion + Wrap Around Single Storey Extension (Submitted as Proposed Floor Plans), dated 8 May 2025 -Plan no. 980-3/3 A, entitled Dormer Roof Conversion + Wrap Around Single Storey Extension (Submitted as Proposed Elevation and Section Plans), dated 8 May 2025 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 3. | Construction work shall not take place outside the following hours:- 07:30 to 18:30 Mondays 07:30 to 18:30 Tuesdays 07:30 to 18:30 Wednesdays 07:30 to 18:30 Thursdays 07:30 to 18:30 Fridays 08:30 to 13:30 Saturdays and no work shall take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays. (These hours shall only apply to work generating noise that is audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive property) The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
