1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority: - Site Location Plan; drawing reference: N24191-100-A-00P - Proposed Site Plan; drawing reference: N24191-200-A-00P - Proposed Side Elevations; drawing reference: N24191-003-A-00P - Proposed Floor Plans and Elevations; drawing reference; N24191-002-H-P The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.The velux window on the northern roof slope (labelled as non-opening and obscure glazed velux on drawing no. 524191/002/H/P) shall be fixed and not able to open and shall be fitted with obscure glass to a level equivalent to Pilkington Privacy Level 5 which shall be installed prior to the first occupation of the dwelling and shall be retained as such thereafter in perpetuity. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby properties; in accordance with Core Strategy (2015) Policy CS9 and Local Plan Part 2 (2021) Policy A1.
