Condition 8 of pp 06/24/0662/F requires details of EV charging area details in written and drawn form of the means by which electric vehicle charging shall be made available for common parking areas The following details were submitted: Electric Vehicle Charging Layout Plan - Dated February 2025 - Prepared by Lanpro Architecture The submitted details are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART, with full discharge requiring works to be carried out in accordance with the approved details prior to installation of below ground services and for the EV charging area to be retained as such thereafter.
