| 1. | Condition 5 of pp 06/24/0662/F required submission of a Biodiversity Net Gain Habitat management and monitoring plan, and a BNG Metric calculation confirming a minimum 10% gain in biodiversity will be produced to mitigate the developments affects on biodiversity.

These drawings are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition states that monitoring reports will be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing during years 2, 5, 7, 10, 20 and 30 from commencement of development unless otherwise stated in the Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan (HMMP). |
