1.	This permission expires on 17.05.2030 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the portacabins shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the development in the interests of the visual amenities of the area. The portacabins are not considered suitable on a permanent basis due to their unsympathetic form and appearance and a temporary permission of 5 years will allow time for a more appropriate longer term solution to be found and delivered.
2.	The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 12th March 2025: 02KT Proposed Site Location and Block Plan, Rev 1, dated 21.02.2025 0402KT Proposed elevation and floor plan Changing room 2, dated 18.02.2025 0401KT Proposed elevation and floor plan Changing room 1, dated 18.02.2025 And the following plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 28th February 2025 04KT Proposed elevation and floor plan Changing room, dated 18.02.2025 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
