The following details were submitted: Water Efficiency Calculator for new dwellings - Dated 29th January 2025 prepared by Water Research Centre The submitted details indicate that the dwelling will include installations that achieve a per person water consumption of less than 110 litres per day, these are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the condition requires that the water conservation measures are carried out in accordance with the approved details and maintained thereafter.
