Condition 5 required an Ecological Enhancement Strategy produced by a suitably qualified ecologist has first been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority The following information was submitted: Biodiversity Enhancement Plan - Dated 29th January 2025 - prepared by Biome Consulting & PRP Architecture - Version 2 The information submitted is considered acceptable and this condition can hereby be discharged in PART, but cannot be discharged in full due to the condition requiring the development to be carried out in accordance with the approved plans, and the enhancements to be retained as such thereafter for the lifetime of the development.
