| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 30th June 2025: - Site Location Plan and Block Plans; dwg. ref. 3315.24.4 - Proposed Floor Plan; dwg. ref. 3315.24.2B (rev. date 23.05.25) - Existing and Proposed Elevations and Cart Lodge Layout; dwg. ref. 3315.24.3A (rev. date 20.02.25) The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
