1.	Within 12 weeks of the date of this permission; the development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 5th March 2025 and shall be retained as such thereafter: - REPLACEMENT METAL CANOPY PORCH - Proposed Front and Side Elevation Plans at scale 1:50 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning, and to ensure a suitable replacement porch is provided in the interests of conserving the Grade II listed heritage asset in accordance with Local Plan policies CS10 and E5.
2.	STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
