1.	Condition 15 of planning permission 06/21/0638/F required details of design to achieve a water consumption rate of no more than 110 litres/person/day has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and to be constructed and installed in accordance with the approved details. The following details were submitted: - Water Efficiency Calculator for new dwellings - Dated April 2025 The submitted details indicate that the dwellings will include installations that achieve a per person water consumption of less than 110 litres per day, these are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the condition requires that the water conservation measures are carried out in accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation of the development.

NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- It is important to note that: 1.The LPA considers that the development as constructed is unauthorised due to its significant and cumulative deviation from the plans approved by planning permission 06/21/0638/F. 2.This notice of partial discharge of Condition 15 does not constitute a determination by the Local Planning Authority as to the wider lawfulness of the implementation of planning permission 06/21/0638/F. Specifically, it is noted that Condition 7 of planning permission 06/21/0638/F is also considered a true condition precedent pre-commencement condition, but the condition has not been discharged prior to the commencement of the development and remains undischarged at this point in time. 3.Please be advised that the original planning permission 06/21/0638/F requires lawful commencement of the permission by 31st May 2025.
