No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 13 February 2025: -Plan no. PP-13743235v1, entitled Location Plan, dated 4 February 2025 -Plan no. TQRQM24346173603564, entitled Block Plan, dated 11 December 2024 -Plan no. AH-SPFW-PP-02, entitled Overview, undated -Plan no. AH-SPFW-PP-02, entitled Elevations-Structure, undated -Plan no. AH-SPFW-PP-03, entitled Elevations-Cladding, undated -Plan no. AH-SPFW-PP-04, entitled Floor Plan, undated The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.Construction work shall not take place outside the following hours:- 07:30 to 18:30 Mondays 07:30 to 18:30 Tuesdays 07:30 to 18:30 Wednesdays 07:30 to 18:30 Thursdays 07:30 to 18:30 Fridays 08:30 to 13:30 Saturdays and no work shall take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays. (These hours shall only apply to work generating noise that is audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive property) The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
4.The outbuilding hereby approved shall only be used for private domestic use ancillary to 10 More Grove Lane, Martham, Great Yarmouth, NR29 4QA. No business or commercial activity shall be carried on, within, or from the outbuilding herby approved. The reason for this condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.
5.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
