No.	Condition Text
1.	The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.	The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 25 February 2025: -Unreferenced plan, entitle Site Location Plan, Dated 3 February 2025 -Plan no. 001 revision P01, Entitled Existing and Proposed Block Plan, dated 2 February 2025 -Plan no. 002 revision P01, entitled Proposed Plan (submitted as Proposed site Layout Plan), dated 2 February 2025 -Plan no. 003 revision P01, entitled Proposed Garage Pan (Submitted as proposed Garage Floor Plan), dated 2 February 2025 -Plan no. 004 revision P01, entitled Proposed Garage Elevations, dated 2 February 2025 -Plan no. 006 revision P01, entitled Proposed Sun Room Elevations, dated 2 February 2025 -Plan no. 011 revision P01, entitled Conservatory Plans Existing and Proposed (Submitted as Existing and Proposed Sun Room Floor Plans), dated 2 February 2025 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.	STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
