1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority: - Existing and Proposed Plans- undated- received 18th February 2025 - Planning Statement- 5832/P- dated February 2025.- received 13th February 2025 - Location Plan-PP-13690734v2- Dated 13-Feb-2025- received 13th February 2025 - Management Report for planning application 245 High Street, Prepared by Solace Partnerships, received 30th April 2025. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.The use hereby permitted shall only be undertaken as semi-independent supported accommodation for young people aged 16-18 years old. The premises shall be used to accommodate only a maximum of 4 children at any one time, and those persons resident at the premises shall only be aged between 16-18 years and shall only occupy the dwelling if they are an individual in receipt of formal care support arrangements the need for which shall first be recognised by a qualified practitioner. As part of the use of the development hereby permitted, each resident shall be provided with a minimum of 10 hours of formal care provided to the individual each week and in accordance with the procedures set out in the submitted Management Plan ('Management report for planning application 245 High Street, Prepared by Solace Partnerships, received 30th April 2025'). The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the proposed use addresses the identified need to provide housing for vulnerable persons and to ensure the removal of the use as a residential dwelling is justified, on the basis of the premises being operated as described in the application as submitted, in accordance with Policy H11 of the Local Plan Part 2 (adopted 2021). The condition is also required to ensure occupiers and neighbours amenity is preserved in accordance with Policy A1: Amenity of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2 (adopted 2021).
4.The use of the site much be operated in accordance with the "Management report for planning application 245 High Street, Prepared by Solace Partnerships, received 30th April 2025." The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure occupiers and neighbours amenity is preserved in accordance with Policy A1: Amenity of the The Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2 (adopted 2021).
