No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 18th February 2025: - Example Sash Sections, Drawing no. JY01245, Rev A, Dated 17/02/2025 - Existing and Proposed Plans, Drawing no. 1960/1, Dated January 2025 and the the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 28th January 2025: - Schedule of Repairs and Specification of Intervention - Engineering Appraisal Report, Project Ref: 220640m - Heritage Statement, undated. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
