1.	Condition 39 of planning permission 06/13/0652/O requires a Foul Drainage Scheme to be submitted and approved and to be completed and implemented in accordance with the approved details prior to first use of the development and to be retained and operated as such thereafter. The following details were submitted: - Drainage Strategy document submitted by ASD Consultants; Report Reference 1196.06/SC/DS/06-24 REV C; dated June 2024 insofar as it relates to Foul Water Management including the following Drawings: - Drawing No.1196.06/DRA/101 Rev D - Drainage Strategy Plan, prepared by ASD Consultants - Drawing No.1196.FSPS/004 Rev J Foul Drainage Strategy 3 Pumping Station Option, prepared by ASD Consultants The submitted details show an acceptable foul water drainage scheme to mitigate and reduce the risk of flooding. The above details are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be fully discharged upon completion and implementation in accordance with the approved details prior to first occupation of the development.
