1.	Condition 41 of planning permission 06/13/0652/O requires details and locations of fire hydrants to be installed within the development area (Phase 6) to be approved by the local Fire Service and Local Authority. The following details were submitted: Drawing no. BLUE-319288 Rev 1- 18.07.24 (Fire Hydrant Plan) Prepared by Essex and Suffolk Living Water The submitted details show the locations and five fire hydrants on no less than 90mm mains to be installed, which have also been agreed with Norfolk Fire Service, demonstrating [part compliance with the condition. The details provided are acceptable and are hereby approved sufficient to discharge the condition in PART. This can only be discharged in full subject to the hydrants being installed in accordance with the approved details. The developer will incur the full cost of the hydrants and their installation by the water company.
